I know how much courage it takes to reach out when your heart is heavy. Even just being here says something about your strength and your willingness to heal.
I’ve been a Personal and Group Coach for many years, and grief work has become the heart of what I do. It’s one of the most transformative and meaningful journeys we can take — not because it’s easy, but because it brings us closer to love, to life, and to what matters most.
Grief can arise from many places — the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, job loss, health changes, or major life transitions. Whatever form it takes, grief can shake us to our core.
My own life has held deep losses — both of my parents, a sibling, a lifelong friend, and others. What I’ve learned is that grief has no rulebook or timeline. It’s deeply personal and often confusing. And when we try to push it away, it doesn’t disappear — it waits, often showing up in unexpected ways.
Working with me, whether in a group or one-on-one, offers a confidential, compassionate space to share your grief and feel truly understood. Together, we’ll explore gentle practices and tools to help you navigate loss at your own pace. My role is to walk alongside you—offering comfort, encouragement, and hope as you find your way forward.
In my work, I offer a space where you don’t have to go through this alone. I meet you where you are, follow your lead, and gently guide you through the emotions that arise. We don’t ‘move on’ from grief — over time it grows lighter, guiding you toward healing as your love begins to outshine the pain.
Along with individual sessions, I also facilitate grief support groups, including those held at a cemetery and mortuary in Los Angeles for people whose loved ones rest there. I also work with the staff at the same location, helping them process the emotional weight that can come with their work and to care for themselves as they care for others.
This work is sacred to me. It’s an honor to hold space for people — whether they’re grieving personally or supporting others through grief — and to witness the quiet ways healing begins to unfold.
If you’d like to explore working together, I offer a complimentary 30-minute conversation by phone or zoom. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll take the next step together.
